Account Management/ Business Development Sign Shares is seeking personnel knowledgeable in sales and marketing to maintain relationships with client entities, maintain and develop client accounts, and to monitor quality control and customers' preferences. Working closely with top management, this employee will assist with proposal writing, in developing potential markets and strategies, coordinating marketing efforts, working as the liaison between the firm and advertising or promotion agency(s).
Qualification and Compensation Prefer a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing, a bachelor's degree in advertising or journalism. Familiarity with word-processing and database applications is vital. An individual certified as a sign language interpreter who has knowledge of industry standards is not necessary but would be ideal. Starting offer will be at $ 30,000 a year with a bonus differential for individuals with management experience and for individuals who also qualify as sign language interpreter and bonus incentives for quantifiable market growth.
