Human Resources/Training and Quality Control

This administrative team member will coordinate all personnel related matters. This would
include maintaining employment and training records, gathering documentation for
determination of qualification.  Additionally, this individual will coordinate all training activities
to enhance the agency's ability to effectively use employee and independent contractor skills,
provide training and development opportunities to enhance qualification for client venues,
maintain and improve job skills and possibly prepare for jobs requiring greater skill, to
increase job satisfaction and working conditions.

Qualification and Compensation
Sign Shares is seeking college graduates who have majored in human resources, human
resources administration or human resources management, training and development.
Applicant must be able to work in a diverse and challenging industry demonstrating
discretion, integrity, fair-mindedness, and have a persuasive, congenial personality. 
Applicants must possess a suitable combination of educational attainment, experience, and
record of accomplishment.  Starting offers will be at $36,967 a year.
